The Austin CPA Chapter Says 'Thank You'

This is the picturesque view from the back porch of Laguna Gloria. It is a peaceful part of town with Lake Austin in the background.

Here is the path from the front drive to the back of the museum, which is right in the middle of Austin.

Your Chapter staff likes to eat and we feed our CPAs well. There was a spread of everything from shrimp cocktail to grilled vegetables.

Carol Boyd, Chapter President for 2005-06 (not shown) chose four wines for our guests to sample. Then whichever suited their tastes best, they received a glass of it. We hired two bartenders to help serve and they did a wonderful job with our event.

Not only did we provide food and wine, but this is a great place for networking. Seen here are Penny Dear, her husband, Ralph Dellana and Bette Williams.

It was a beautiful evening in late April so people mostly stayed outdoors to socialize.
